Board Meeting Canceled Important COVID-19 Update

Dear Carisbrooke Neighbors,
Tomorrow’s Board of Directors meeting has been cancelled. The Board has opted instead for a Planning Session teleconference. If you have anything, of a time sensitive nature, that you would like the Board to consider during their working session, please email dana.elam@pmpbiz.com by 5pm tomorrow, Thursday, March 19th.
PMP and your Board of Directors are continuing to monitor the information supplied by many reputable sources, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) regarding the spread of the Corona Virus (COVID 19). Our primary concern is for the safety of our community families, PMP staff and their families, and secondarily for the continuity of business in the wake of the spread of this disease.
As a result, PMP has implemented the following changes: Our offices are operating on a staff only basis. We are scheduling limited or no face to face meetings.
Extended liberal leave has been extended to PMP staff members who have family or health related obligations. This may result in a reduced operating staff and/or a delay in service. We are planning to allow our managers the ability to work from home to help reduce these delays.
*As additional information is provided, plans may change, and additional notifications will be sent out at that time.
PMP recommends community members follow guidelines of gatherings less than 10 people AND use hygienic measures at all times. If you do choose to use community amenities such as tot lots, tennis courts etc, you are doing so at your own discretion and risk.
The Carisbrooke Clubhouse will not be available for rent until further notice. If you have a confirmed reservation already scheduled we will contact you directly.
At this point in time we are unable to know whether we will be able to open and staff the pool for the 2020 Summer season. We will keep residents notified as we learn more information concerning the pool and applying for pool passes.
