Pool Applications / Passes

For 2023, the association will be using Pool Entry to process your pool passes.

Please review the new 2023 Pool Rules (see column to the right) as they have been updated and changes have been made.

Prior to registering for pool passes, please login to your pool entry app from last year, click on account and deauthorize the device. This will ensure that you are able to receive your new 2023 pool passes. 

If you did not use the Pool Entry app last year, it will require you to download an app for pool passes.

Once you register at the link below, your request will be sent to the portal and it will be reviewed and approved by management. When completing the registration, please provide the number of residents requiring a pool pass.

Once approved, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to download the app and obtain your passes. Prior to approval, your account will need to be current in HOA assessments and if you are a renter you will need to provide the first page of your lease to me via email before your account will be approved.

To download and activate your pass on your mobile device, please follow these steps:

1. Go to Apple App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

2. Download PoolEntry mobile app.

3. Look up your pool pass with your phone number and last name.

4. Add your pool pass to your phone.

PLEASE NOTE: residents who do not have a smartphone can contact management with questions on how to receive a paper pass (you will still need to register online at the above link). Please be sure to read the pool rules once your account and pool passes are activated.

To use your passes, you must upload a picture of each member receiving a pool pass. When you come to the pool, you will wait until you are at the desk and you will check in in front of the lifeguard and show them your pool pass on your phone. You will then be allowed to enter the pool. When you leave the pool, simply click the check out button within the mobile app.

Additional information will be sent out prior to the pool opening. This is the same app that was used last year for pool passes. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. We will begin approving pool passes next week.

Guest Passes

Guests will be permitted to use the pool when accompanied by a registered owner or renter. Guests ages four (4) and under will not be charged a guest fee. Each household will receive two guest passes at no charge upon 2023 registration. All passes (Seasonal and 2 daily Guest Passes) are free to owners or their tenants. Additional guest passes, up to 2 per day can be purchased by credit card through the Pool Entry app at $5.00 each. PLEASE NOTE: daily purchased extra guest passes expire at the end of the day purchased) The number of guests will be limited to six (6) per household per pool visit per day.

Owners and Tenants

Owners will need to apply for pool passes on behalf of their tenant. After your application is approved, then you can pass on the download information to the tenant. When your tenant downloads pool passes onto their phone, the owner will receive a 4-digit verification code on their phone and will need to provide this verification code to the tenant. After you apply for your passes, and your application is approved, you will receive an email to notify you that your pass is ready for download.


Change to Adult Swim During Break

Starting in 2015, there will no longer be an “adult swim” period each hour. There will be a lap time instead.  The Association has defined the last 10 minutes of each hour as a designated lap swim and will be closed to all pool patrons who are not lap swimming. During lap swim periods, members and guests are prohibited from sitting on the edge of the pool with their feet in the water. Lap lanes are to be kept open at all times for lap swimming or lap exercise (to include walking/jogging) only.
