Pool Applications / Passes

The association will no longer be using the MokoApp for community communication or pool passes. You may remove this app from your mobile device. For 2022, the association will be using Pool Entry to process your pool passes. Pool Entry will require you to download an app for pool passes. It is simple and easy to use. You may go ahead and begin registering for pool passes.

Once you register at the link below, your request will be sent to the portal and it will be reviewed and approved by management. When completing the registration, please provide the number of residents requiring a pool pass.

Once approved, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to download the app and obtain your passes. Prior to approval, your account will need to be current in HOA assessments and if you are a renter you will need to provide the first page of your lease to me via email before your account will be approved.

To use your passes, you must upload a picture of each member receiving a pool pass. When you come to the pool, you will wait until you are at the desk and you will check in in front of the lifeguard and show them your pool pass on your phone. You will then be allowed to enter the pool. When you leave the pool, simply click the check out button within the mobile app.

Additional information will be sent out prior to the pool opening. We are really excited about this simple, new app for pool passes and think you will find it easy to use as well! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at any time. We will begin approving pool passes next week.

Pool Opening Status

The Governor has issued Executive Order 79, effective midnight May 28, which explicitly terminates Executive Order 72 that had imposed social distancing and capacity restrictions on swimming pools. However, Executive Order 79 still requires persons to wear masks in accordance with CDC guidance (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/fully-vaccinated-guidance.html).

With this new order being issued the Carisbrooke pool will open as normal without any social distancing or capacity requirements. However, we will continue to abide by all current and future Federal, State, and Local orders that may be issued.

The pool will be open Saturday, May 29, 2022 through Labor Day. Normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 12:00 Noon – 8:00 PM, Saturday 11:00 AM-8:00 PM, Sunday and Holidays from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM. On public school days the pool will open at 4:00 PM. Due to COVID, High Sierra Pools has done their best to ensure proper pool staffing but there might be days when public school is in session where we must close the pool due to staffing issues. We will notify the community via email and the Carisbrooke website.

Guest Passes

Guests will be permitted to use the pool when accompanied by a registered owner or renter. Guests ages four (4) and under will not be charged a guest fee. Each household will receive two guest passes at no charge upon 2021 registration. Additional guest passes may be purchased at a cost of $2.00 per guest and must be purchased from property management in advance of use. Guest passes may only be purchased with checks; no cash or credit cards will be accepted by project management. The number of guests will be limited to six (6) per household per pool visit per day.

Change to Adult Swim During Break

Starting in 2015, there will no longer be an “adult swim” period each hour. There will be a lap time instead.  The Association has defined the last 10 minutes of each hour as a designated lap swim and will be closed to all pool patrons who are not lap swimming. During lap swim periods, members and guests are prohibited from sitting on the edge of the pool with their feet in the water. Lap lanes are to be kept open at all times for lap swimming or lap exercise (to include walking/jogging) only.
